About the event
Penuel Ridge offers monthly day-long quiet days on their beautiful and sacred land located just outside of Nashville, TN. Quiet Days occur the 4th Wednesday of each month, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For this March session, I'll open the morning by offering guided breathwork and self-compassion practices. You'll then have the remainder of the day for personal reflection and quiet. Come ready to rest, listen, write, and practice silence in the company of others.
